41) Winterpeg, Manitoba

Winnipeg, Manitoba: home of Canada's most windy intersection - Portage and Main.

I can't say that I saw much of Winnipeg itself, save for the fleeting snowy views from the window of the taxi which took us from the Forks to the Manitoba Legislature, and back again, everyday.

Dipping to frigid -37c, with only skirts packed for the trip, I can't say either that I was too upset that I didn't get to explore more on foot.
